We want to create theatre that challenges our audience. Our productions all revolve around political themes that diverse communities have faced over recent years. We create work that is demanding but overall hopeful.

Both Global Majority and Working Class voices have been left our of the industry. We aim to challenge the idea that putting on diverse stories is 'unprofitable' or 'risky'. We want to tell new stories that broaden the scope 'British Theatre'.

We want to challenge the systematic ’gatekeeping' set up by our industry that keeps young people out of influential positions by championing emerging voices and providing routes into the industry.

We create work that challenges our cultural expectations, centres  issues of social justice, and affirms the concerns of our audiences. All while showing routes for change and empowering people to take action!
