The Mango Ensemble
We are a political new writing theatre company. We aim to champion new work by talented young artists, and overcome the economic, discriminatory, and geographical restrictions that define our theatrical landscape. We believe flourishing art is essential to a flourishing society. That it’s the soul of our community: its creativity, curiosity, empathy… its therapy… We believe theatre, more than any other art form, has the power to insist we live in a society. That it can inspire and guide; shape the world into a better place. That is, after all, what makes it so dangerous.
