Francesca Moody was 28 when she was made lead producer at Paines Plough. Jez Butterworth was 26 when his first show was on a main stage. Sam Mendez was 24 when he was first appointed as artistic director. There is no longer space for new young creatives to make a living in this industry. We are trying to change that.
